Plan ahead:
- Sound: Will you use lavalier microphone? If so, will you need extra cabling? (Or might you use RF remote lavaliers?) Boom mic? Shotgun mic?
- Power: Are your batteries fully charged? If this is more than an hour’s worth of video, would it be better to run from a wall outlet?
- Lighting: What kind of lighting situations will you be in? Do you need additional lights, or reflectors, or scrims?
Bring along:
- SD Card (80 mbs is best for older models, necessary for newer ones ) and
- ear buds / headphones (1/8 inch jack)
