Cellophane !!! : Besides being versatile, it can make an imitation fire sound. Take a piece in both hands and practice squeezing and releasing them. The ‘release’ sound when put closely to a mic will sound like fire crackling. Close your off-hand away from the mic while the other is releasing, and switch when one is done. Then you have a looping campfire sound! Combine with (GENTLY) blowing into the microphone, and you can create a roaring infernoWetwork
MINIMAL water, unless you’re waterproofing. 1 big bucket and some various containers should be plenty.
