These are prevention, survivor support, accountability, and research, according to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2023\/03\/03\/executive-summary-initial-blueprint-for-the-white-house-task-force-to-address-online-harassment-and-abuse\/\"> a White House announcement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Since its<a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2022\/06\/16\/fact-sheet-presidential-memorandum-establishing-the-white-house-task-force-to-address-online-harassment-and-abuse\/\">\u00a0launch<\/a>, the Task Force \u00a0to Address Online Harassment and Abuse has heard from hundreds of stakeholders\u2014survivors, advocates, parents, educators, law enforcement, medical and legal professionals, and researchers\u2014who discussed the significant harm caused by online harassment and abuse.<\/p>\n<p>The Task Force is part of Biden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/speeches-remarks\/2023\/02\/07\/remarks-of-president-joe-biden-state-of-the-union-address-as-prepared-for-delivery\/\">call to action<\/a>\u00a0in the State of Union for solutions to address online safety, health, privacy, and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2022\/09\/08\/readout-of-white-house-listening-session-on-tech-platform-accountability\/\">accountability<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Federal agencies will fight online harassment\u00a0 across four main lines of effort, the Biden administration said March 3, 2023.
